It was 50 Shades Of Grey two and a half years ago – wow!!

50-shadesCan you believe it’s about two and a half years since the women of our nation were swept off their feet and headed to the cinema to see the latest erotic film ’50 Shades Of Grey’!

Wow, where did that time go?

That weekend was a little bit special for many women.

It was the weekend many women across the land had been waiting a long time for.

It was eagerly anticipated.

There were different reports about it – some women thought it was erotic and exciting. Some women couldn’t stop the tears rolling down their cheeks through laughing!

I didn’t see it (I’m a man so I wouldn’t admit to seeing it anyway!).

The point of the whole thing though is that every now and then, something comes along that takes the nation by storm, in this case, women in particular!

We get lots of new trends that are then followed by many people. I just wish I had the forethought of E L James though and I would be on some Caribbean Island right now!

So, what’s next for the women of our nation? What is the next ‘big’ thing?!

For women, it has to be weight training. Of course I would say that because I train women to lift weights.

But it’s true. Take a look at this article (the link is completely safe):

http://www.independent.co.uk/life-style/health-and-families/why-women-should-lift-weights-6-reasons-exercise-fitness-confidence-strength-fat-loss-a7829436.html

Take inspiration from women, who want to lose weight but then find that lifting weights is FAR BETTER than doing traditional cardio (running on the treadmill, using the Stepper etc).

Building more muscle will in turn burn more body fat so it makes sense to incorporate weight training into your fitness regime.

If you’re interested in women’s weight training, get in touch. I run regular 28-Day Strength and Tone Programmes.

Women who complete my Programme usually smash their personal bests. They lost weight, body fat, inches from their waist and hips and ALSO got a whole lot stronger.

Forget about slimming clubs, traditional gyms and leisure centres. Believe me, stick with those and you’ll be in EXACTLY the same position this time in 2018.

Thanks
Paul
