About Us

My name is Paul Edgar and I’m a Personal and Group Fitness Trainer. I was born in Gateshead and enjoy living in the North East of England. I lead a healthy life but do enjoy some treats now and again as I think having the odd planned indulgence works well and keeps you sane. I love to play and watch team sport especially football and I’ve supported Newcastle United all my life.

I’ve been training people for over 16 years and I know what I teach gets real results both for people who attend my group classes and those I work with on a 1-to-1 basis. I want to reach out to people who find it difficult to lose weight or body fat, those who have hit a fitness plateau and aren’t progressing in their training and those who want to be stronger or have more energy in their lives. I train both men and women but I have a growing specialism in ladies fitness.
