Indoor Fitness Training For Women

‘Bring-a-Friend’ is an indoor fitness training programme brought to you by Body and Mind Fitness Company.

It is for women over 25 of all current fitness abilities, and includes a mix of body weight exercises, Pilates, boxing circuits, kettlebells and dumbbells. For women bringing a female partner or friend, incentives such as discounts are available. This is an ongoing class. FREE trial available.

Choose to do one session or two sessions per week.

How Much?

1 session per week is £25 per month
2 sessions per week is £50 per month

Meet at the church, either knock or press the door intercom. Please park in the correct permit areas as there is hefty fine is you park in the wrong areas. Any permit area directly outside the church is ok.
