Membership Options:

1. Pay Monthly: £40 by standing order – you get access to all classes on the timetable except the Strength and Tone Programme sessions UNLESS you have previously completed the Strength and Tone Programme, then all classes on the timetable are included in your monthly membership.

2. Pay As You Go: 40 or 45-minute classes are £4. Strength and Tone Programme sessions are not included.

3. Women’s Strength and Tone Programme: £70 for the 4-Week Programme – you get access to all Strength and Tone Programme sessions. Once the Programme has finished, you can choose Monthly Membership or Pay As You Go.

Class Descriptions

Box Fit:
Don the pads and gloves for a blast around the boxing circuit. You could be working in pairs, venting your frustrations or hitting the boxing bag. Oh, and maybe a bit of skipping!

Circuit Training:
A fun, interval-based session designed to test your fitness (but keeping it at your current fitness level) using a combination of tyres, ropes, hammers, boxing bags, bodyweight, cardio and weights.

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training):
HIIT provides a fast-moving workout designed to burn body fat, boost metabolism, and improve strength, speed and cardio fitness. It’s fun and interactive with a room full of energy!

Kettlebells:
Using kettlebells will improve your functional strength and fitness. This is great for those who are looking to tone their muscles and shape their body combining resistance and cardio movements. You must complete an induction session prior to attending a class.

Strength and Tone:
A 4-Week Strength and Tone Programme which is great for those women who want a slimmer figure, be stronger and get the shape they really want using weights (a combination of free weights, barbells and dumbbells). It comes with full tuition on all major lifts and exercises, guidance on your technique and posture, a personal progress plan, a healthy eating plan (no dieting), access to over 100 top recipes AND unlimited access to all other classes.

This is also for those who have completed the Strength and Tone Programme and now want to progress with their fitness and train under supervision or choose a workout from their personal plan. .
