I’m guessing you’d feel pretty pleased!
As a man in his 40s (late 40s now I have to admit!), it gets harder to trim my waist. After all, as a man gets older, the weight usually heads towards the waist, creating the ‘beer belly’.
As a woman gets older, the weight usually gathers around the hips, hence the ‘pear’ shape.
Just because I’m a fitness professional, it doesn’t mean that it’s easy for me to keep my waist measurement down. I’m up against it with all of the sugary foods available, the beer in the bars, the popcorn in the cinemas…
It takes a lot of mental control to eat the right things. I could easily slip and just let it go.
But I have discipline and the drive to stay fit and healthy. I want to be fit and healthy in 10, 20, 30 years time – hopefully, more than that!
So, as a woman, do you find it difficult to control your weight? Do you find the weight creeps on around your waist and hips?
The worst thing you could do is to go on a diet. I’ve talked about the disadvantages of dieting so I won’t go into too much detail now.
You need something sustainable, something that fits into your life that you can manage without too much worry.
What if I told you that the answer to the problem has led to 10 women losing 20 inches around their waist and hips in just 2 weeks?!
Pretty impressive, eh?
20 inches in just 2 weeks! The best thing is that these women are now eating the foods that work with their body and the results speak for themselves.
They are eating more food than ever before!
They can enjoy their food and drink without stressing about the extra calories.
So how come they have lost 20 inches and haven’t dieted?
These are the women who are currently attending my 28-Day Weight Training Challenge. They are lifting weights and eating the right foods for them.
What’s more, they will never need to diet again because they have something that will last them a lifetime. They will be stronger, fitter and healthier and they will be able to fit into the clothes they never thought they would again!
My next 28-Day Challenge starts on 16th February.
