The HIIT Programme

This is ideal for those women who want to lose weight and body fat, increase their energy levels, sleep better, improve their self-confidence and to exercise alongside like-minded women with similar goals and interests. Join The HIIT Programme as a monthly member where you get unlimited access to the following classes – HIIT, Box Fit, Kettlebells and Circuit Training.

Toning Programme

Many women I talk to say they feel intimidated walking into a traditional gym as it can be an uncomfortable place for women to lift weights. So we’re providing a Toning Programme just for women set in an environment that is safe, friendly and supportive. The Programme is great for those women who want a slimmer figure, be stronger and get the shape they really want using weights.
