What does summer mean to you? Sunbathing on the beach? Spending more time with your kids, family and friends? A long-awaited holiday?
Whatever it means to you, there is one thing in common – your health and fitness!
When you sunbathe on the beach, you want to look your best, right? I’m not talking about a 6-pack here or bulging muscles. Just being able to look good in your bikini?
If you want to spend more time with your kids, family and friends, you want to be fit, surely? If you have young children, you don’t want to be out of breath after chasing them for 5 seconds! You want to be able to keep up and match their energy levels. Am I right?
If you’re looking forward to that long-awaited summer holiday, you want to be feeling good and not stressed out. You want to be relaxed so that you can enjoy your time away. Too much stress and you won’t enjoy your holiday.
Ok, if you’re now thinking, “He’s right, but I’m way off where I want to be for the summer”, don’t panic. It’s only March so we’re talking another 3 or 4 months where you can take action.
Say you want to tone up and maybe lose some weight – that is a good starting point. Say you also want to be fitter so you don’t get out of breath – another good thing.
