I know, it’s hard to believe.
Can you remember back when you were 18 years old and people in their late 40s were ancient?!
Well I’m only 49 for another 9 days and it feels strange.
I’m not exactly sure how I feel about it but I think 50 is a big milestone. 40 was fine but 50 just sounds mad.
My parents were spot on when they said savour every moment of every day because time will fly when you get into your 30s, 40s and beyond.
It’s so true. As a child, time goes very slowly. I couldn’t wait for my 18th Birthday so I could legally go to a pub!!
Anyway, I just have to accept it.
The good thing is I do look after myself and it’s absolutely crucial to keep yourself in good shape so that you can live longer but also live more healthily.
