You must complete a 6-Week Toning Programme to attend a Toning class. This is great for those women who want a slimmer figure, be stronger and get the shape they really want using weights (a combination of free weights, barbells and dumbbells). It comes with full tuition on all major lifts and exercises, guidance on your technique and posture, a personal progress plan, a healthy eating plan (no dieting) AND unlimited access to all other classes.

This is also for those who have completed the Toning Programme and now want to progress with their fitness and train under supervision or choose a workout from their personal plan.
