Is Everything OK?

Michelle CorbettI haven’t heard from you recently.

I’m not even sure if you’re still reading my blogs!!

I know I’m still sending them but even I hit those times when things aren’t great and I go quiet.

You know those times – the car breaks down, money is tight, the roof starts to leak, work gets really stressful, the kids seem to be screaming all the time (not my kids, I don’t have any!!)!

So what happens to you when situations like this arise?

I’m guessing your health suffers and your fitness levels take a sky dive?

Why do we let this happen?

Surely your health and fitness are THE most important things?

Your health should be of paramount importance. You know what they say “If you don’t have your health…”!

So, why not switch things around and shoot your health up to number one on your priority list? Then let the other issues take care of themselves.

After all, when the car breaks down, you can’t change that – it’s happened. You just deal with it and move on.

When the roof leaks, you can’t change that – it’s happened. Again, deal with it and move on.

What you don’t want to do is wait for your health to suffer. You must act now, not in 4 weeks time, in 6 months time, in 2 years time.

If you wait, it may be too late.

I know I’m sounding dramatic but it’s true. We can all get health scares at times. We just need to limit those times in our life and to do that, we must act now.

Why not have a think about how important your health is to you? I’m sure it should be number one on your list.

But you need to look after yourself. You need to keep yourself in good shape. You need to be strong and fit so that you stay healthy.

That’s why I’ve created fitness programmes so that I can help women put their health first.

It’s also why I created my 28-Day Women’s Weight Training Challenge. It’s designed to change your life for the better – to get stronger, to be fitter, to get in great shape in a short space of time.

Many women have taken my Challenge this year and have achieved some life-changing results. A lot of them have joined my monthly membership programme and continue to improve.

Michelle from Gateshead (pictured), for example, recently said “I’m now a monthly member and have since lost another 10 lbs, changed my eating habits for the better, changed my body shape and I’m so much stronger.”

Pretty cool, eh?

There are many others I could talk about.

Would you like to be saying things like this after just a few weeks?

If the answer is YES, then you can register for my next Challenge which starts on 19th October.

It’s only £55 and that’s for everything – eating plans, recipes, full tuition on weight training, attending unlimited classes, Facebook support group with likeminded women and more.

You probably spend more in a month on takeaway coffee!!!!

Here’s the link for you to look at: 28-DAY WEIGHT TRAINING CHALLENGE

Thanks
Paul

Ps/ I can only take 12 women for this so once the places are filled, that’s it for October! It’s first come, first served.
