Exercise hurts right? Of course it does! I bet you didn’t think I would say that!
Look, you can go on for the rest of your life and stay sitting down for hours and hours. Or you may go for a gentle stroll on the beach. Great, I’m sure the scenery and the sea air will be lovely.
BUT…
You feel awful. You feel sluggish, lethargic, fat, unhealthy, fed up.
What’s wrong?
Maybe, you’re just not getting enough exercise. But you’re thinking “True but exercise hurts so much, I just can’t do it.”
I exercise 6 days a week and I have that gentle stroll on the beach on the 7th day – as a reward! IT IS tough but the results are worth the hurt!
I’m not suggesting you go and run a Marathon or go and list 100kg weights in the gym. I’m suggesting that (maybe) you start a progressive exercise programme especially suited to your lifestyle and your body.
How?
My suggestion (to get you started) is to exercise 3 times a week for just 12 minutes! You heard me right…12 minutes per workout. That’s it – for starters.
I introduced the 12-minute exercise principle into my business and I take it to my groups and personal clients. They love them! No need to spend hours upon hours in a hot, sweaty gym and you can do the workouts in the comfort of your own home.

That one is a beginners workout which you can do indoors or outdoors.
Some of the exercises will HURT but keep going. Work through the hurt and you will see some improvements very quickly.
Ps/ THEN you can enjoy your stroll on the beach!
