[Fat Burner] 12-Minute Bodyweight Workout

A workout where they can still watch the kids without having to drive to a gym or leisure centre.

A workout that won’t take up too much of their time.

A workout that requires no equipment.

Hmmm, got me thinking…

Which workout could I suggest that would fit in with the criteria?

Well, this is actually a very popular workout – over 130 women have already tried it and the feedback was great!

You get to work out with me without me actually being present!!

There are only 4 exercises to this workout:

• Pushups
• Squat Jumps
• Ab Tucks
• High Knees

That’s it! Simple.
