Group fitness – yes or no?

Strech WomanGroup fitness – yes or no?

Do you enjoy working with likeminded women to get great weight loss results?

There have been a lot of studies over the years linking group activities to results.

Many studies seem to back up the fact that working in a group environment with people with similar goals, has a massive beneficial effect.

It helps with motivation, accountability and encouragement.

You start to make friends and you feel more inclined to go to the classes than go home and put your feet up.

Exercising alone isn’t everyone’s cup of tea. In fact, I know a lot of people who hate the idea of exercising alone. They just can’t find the motivation to do it.

BUT…

If you miss a class, you’ll have your friends asking where you were!!

In my experience as a fitness trainer, the women who have attended consistently over a period of time have achieved the best results than those who have attended sporadically.

I guess that makes complete sense as consistency leads to better results.

One of the reasons I set up a studio in Newcastle is to provide a facility where women can attend, feel welcomed, feel comfortable, secure, motivated and encouraged in their quest to achieve real results.

I know that some of the women aren’t convinced that exercise can be enjoyable but the whole environment means it comes close to providing an enjoyable experience.

If you think you could benefit from group fitness, get in touch.

Here is my latest timetable: GROUP CLASS TIMETABLE
