I have to keep coming up with new ideas to help you as much as I can.
It’s not enough anymore just to tell you to exercise and eat well.
I’ve realised that a lot of women want more than that when it comes to improving their health and fitness.
I’ve heard a few say that they go to the gym but aren’t too sure what they’re doing when they get there.
I’ve heard a few say that they think they have a healthy diet but they don’t really know if what they are eating is actually good for them.
I’ve heard a few say that they would like to do something different so that they can really focus on their fitness but they aren’t sure what they need to do.
In a way, I feel like I’m not doing my job properly because I know I can help with all this. 20 years in the business and I’m sure I’ve learned a lot.
I think I’ve found the solution to your exercise needs. I designed the women’s Weight Training Challenge – I’m sure you’ve heard of it?!
I think I’ve found the solution to your dietary needs. I’ve designed Detox eating plans, recipe books and healthy menus. A lot of them are free and you should have received them at some point.
So, what could I do that’s different and that would really help you?
How about a ‘healthy’ coffee morning or evening?
I mean, coffee – lovely! Yes, I allow coffee (apart from my detox programmes!).
There would be likeminded women there to swap healthy ideas.
There would be a half hour seminar on a selected topic such as ‘My Top 10 Fat Busting Foods’; ‘The 3 Foods You Should Eat Before Bed’; ‘The BEST Exercise For Your Thighs and Buttocks’ etc.
I’ve been asked to do this before but it just didn’t happen.
The good thing is that my fitness studio is below a coffee shop and the owners of that coffee shop are down to earth, friendly and very amenable.
The coffee would be served in the cafe along with an informal get together. The half hour seminar would be held in my studio. So you’re looking at around an hour of your time.
What do you think of my idea?
My studio (and the cafe) is located in Ouseburn, Newcastle and there is ample, free parking in the immediate area.
Let me know if you think I’m onto something here.
