With your permission, I’d like to tell you about my plans…

change aheadI’m changing the way I run my business. Phew, got that statement out quickly!

There comes a time when you just have to review what you do and come up with new plans – both for the sake of the business owner (me) and (more importantly) the customer.

There’s no doubt that I need to make a living from being a Personal Trainer but to live my dreams (we all have dreams, don’t we?), I need to make some changes. These changes will hopefully benefit you – I will try my best to make that happen.

How?

Well, I’m aiming to do 4 things:

1. Create and deliver Fitness For Women Group Programmes.
2. Create and deliver Fitness For Women Personal Training Programmes.
3. Create and deliver online Fitness For Women Group Programmes.
4. Write and publish a book.

Let me explain a little about each option.

My business name is still Body and Mind Fitness Company but I will have a brand under that called ‘Fitness For Women’ (a bit like M & S with their Autograph collection). Fitness is actually an acronym:

Follow a healthy nutrition plan
Increase your water intake
Take 10,000 steps per day and keep active
No alcohol or caffeine (sorry!!!) – well, limit them
Exercise progressively
Set goals and develop a positive mindset
Sleep and relax

These are my 7 steps to achieving a healthier body and mind. Step 1 is totally free and it’s yours if you leave your name and email. My eating plan has a full 5 weeks worth of healthy meals and snacks and advises which foods should be avoided. Here’s the link: FREE NUTRITION PLAN

So, back to my business options…

Option 1 – I’ve been searching for a new venue for my group fitness classes and I think I’ve found somewhere! It’s based in Ouseburn, near Byker Bridge. It is only small but I like the feel of it and I would be limiting session numbers to no more than 10 (maybe even 8 or 9). That would be a great central location for most people.

Option 2 – I will continue to provide personal training for those women who like to work 1-to-1 or even 1-to-2 with a friend or partner. You will have the choice of me visiting your home or holding sessions in the new venue. Personal training gets excellent results and if you follow my plan, there is a 100% success rate (to date).

Option 3 – I will be setting up a 28-Day Challenge on Facebook, where I’ll be using videos, PDFs, recipes swaps, daily emails etc to work with women who can’t make it to a class but would still like help.

Option 4 – this has been ongoing for a while now but I’m still determined to write and publish my ‘Fitness For Women’ book!

So, there you have it. I need to make these changes but I know it will be hard work. I need to make these changes because this is my business strategy:

“It pains me to see women struggling with their weight or attaining their ideal body shape because they’ve tried many diets, slimming clubs and fitness crazes that haven’t worked for them.
These women have looked for answers over time but haven’t found the long term solution and don’t know where to turn for help and advice, especially with all the media hype, the amount of fad diets on offer and mixed messages regarding health and fitness.
I offer real long-term lifestyle solutions and create an environment for these women so that they can lose weight, achieve their health and fitness goals, become confident, feel welcomed, and gain support.”

I call that MY BIG WHY – why I do what I do and it truly is my passion in life. I just want to help as many people as I can and it just so happens that I train women so that’s great for you!!
