Squats are GREAT for your thighs and buttocks


Ha, what an introduction to a blog post!

Don’t you just LOVE squats – well, maybe not the actual squat itself BUT the results?!

What do squats actually do? Well, do them regularly and you will start to notice a difference. The squat works your thighs, buttocks and a few other leg muscles, meaning you will:

  • Have firmer thighs and buttocks
  • Lose inches from your hips
  • Have muscle tone in your legs
  • Look BETTER in your jeans

Now, is it worth doing squats? Yes of course BUT…

…you may have heard of this ‘Squat Challenge’ going around Facebook. It’s a full 30 days worth of squats and that’s not much fun I can tell you. Plus, you may get muscle overload.

I say incorporate squats into your exercise programme OR just do 3 sets of 20 squats, 3 times a week.

For a more intense squat action, you can sit below knee level and drive back up through your heels.
