“After having a knee replacement operation in 2017, I felt I had lost a lot of my strength and fitness. I started training with Paul in June 2018 starting with the Toning Programme. I gained strength and flexibility and lost 9cm off my waist. I started the Box Fit and Circuit Training classes which have improved my cardio fitness. The classes are very good and Paul varies each workout with no two classes being the same. He also keeps an eye on everyone to make sure the exercises are performed correctly and encourages you to work to your max. It is a fun friendly gym for women who want to get fit and healthy.”
